The site's target audience is patients in Turin seeking a specialist in allergology and hematology, for an initial visit or to check for allergies and intolerances already diagnosed. The journey takes them from knowledge of the pathologies treated to booking the visit, taking advantage of the trust built over time together with the patients and the undisputed professionalism of Dr. Furno
In Dr. Furno's case, the site was created to highlight the doctor's specialized expertise and to make contact with the office easy. We have organized the contents into clear sections: The Study, Performance (with a dedicated page for every type of allergy, from drug allergies to insect venom allergies, from atopic dermatitis to asthma), the Video section with links to Youtube, Where We Are and Contacts. The homepage opens with a slider presenting areas of expertise, from allergy vaccinations to food intolerance testing, each with a "Discover" button that leads to the corresponding performance.
Going down to the homepage we gave space to the study times, which were clearly reported right from the start, and to a description of the pathologies treated by Dr. Furno. This is followed by a presentation of the eight main performances, each with text and image. Before the footer, we included patient reviews, collected by Google and My Doctor, which describe the doctor's expertise and availability. The "Book a Visit" button, present in both the header and the homepage, links directly to Dr. Furno's profile on the My Doctor portal, so the patient can schedule the appointment without leaving the trust path built by the site.
